Seawork is to introduce FloodFighters@Seawork, an exciting new feature for 2025, dedicated to enhancing ood rescue operations through a pavilion, conference, and webinar. As extreme weather events continue to rise, ensuring that emergency responders are equipped with the best tools, training and resources is more crucial than ever.
FloodFighters Conference – 10 June 2025, 09:30- 13:30
The FloodFighters Conference, taking place on the rst day of Seawork, will be chaired by Mr. Roy Harold MBE, Emeritus UK Chief Fire Ocer. This conference will bring together industry experts to discuss the most pressing challenges and best practices in maritime search and rescue (SAR), with a focus on ood rescue operations.
Key discussion points include:
- Challenges in the global maritime search and rescue (SAR) industryand best practices that will aid future rescue operations
